Isaiah 2:9-11
International Standard Version

9 “So mankind is humbled,
    each human being is brought low,
        and[a] you won’t forgive.”[b]

The Coming Day of the Lord

10 [c] “Go into the rocks!
    Hide in the dust
to escape[d] the terror of the Lord
    and to escape[e] the glory of his majesty![f]
11 The[g] haughty looks of mankind will be brought low,[h]
    the lofty pride of human beings will be humbled,
        and the Lord alone will be exalted at that time.[i]
